 新しくオープンした福岡市科学館と連携し、アートとサイエンス（科学）をテーマに展示を行います。一見すると、まるで異なる二つの領域ですが、どちらも私たち人間に対する探求心や、自然や宇宙の神秘への憧れなどを共有しています。本展では、近代科学の視点を交えながら、いままで気づかなかったアートの魅力を発見します。また期間中には、子どもから大人まで楽しめる科学をテーマとしたワークショップ・コーナーも開設します。

 In collaboration with newly opened Fukuoka City Science Museum, this year’s “Summer Kids Special” focuses on the theme around art and science. Although art and science might seem quite different, both share the passion to understand what we are and the respect for the mysterious nature of the world and the universe. This exhibition seeks to explore the hidden features of art by bringing in the perspective of modern science. A section of the exhibition is dedicated to the science workshop where children and adults can enjoy together.
